Sandra brings more than 25 years of technology and consulting experience to Red Hat. Having successfully worked in various industries (construction, IT, FSI and government) in the past and in varying capacities from establishing ‘ideation & innovation’ processes to improving delivery frameworks.
Sandra has also been a consistent innovator and change agent, always placing the client at the centre of all thinking to drive strategy, innovation, revenue and operational excellence. In her current role at Red Hat, Sandra is part of the Open Innovation Labs core team leading some of the most exciting innovation projects in APAC. In this capacity, she is responsible for helping customers recognize the need for innovation either in business transformation, product development, cultural transformation or simply helping set up high performing teams in diverse markets like Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan and Korea.
Prior to joining Red Hat, Sandra held various consulting and project management roles at: Suncorp Insurance, Macquarie Bank, IBM, Rational Software in Europe, and Asia. She also founded an entrepreneurial venture in Australia, PMO-Guru which focused on portfolio management, agile coaching and agile transformation.
An avid traveller when not in Singapore or client side, you will often find Sandra speaking at tech events on topics such as: design thinking, innovation, social entrepreneurship, organisational change. In one of her other avatars, Sandra is also known as the author of the popular book ‘Interview Guide for Project Managers’.
