With many responsibilities and not too much organisational power, PMO’s are often in a situation to justify their existence. At times PMO’s are dissolved or created based on executive management changing at the helm of an organisation.
Why is that? In this session Marc outlines the challenges that PMOs face today and how a modern workplace will help become a deeply embedded organisational capability tomorrow. The modern workplace is much more than a fancy expression.
It is the compound of several organisational elements all the way from how leaders act and behave, to how work is executed. And finally which workers are dominating the cultural development? At the end, the debate around the modern workplace, can be summed into one question: Why is the modern workplace relevant for my organisation and how do I approach transformation within my organisation?
